  • 株式会社レイオール（以下「当社」）は、モバイル・コンテンツの企画／開発／運営、Webサイト制作、サーバ保守運用を事業の核とした事業活動を行っています。
    当社は以下のとおり個人情報保護方針を定め、個人情報保護の仕組みを構築し、全従業員に個人情報保護の重要性の認識と取組みを徹底させることにより、個人情報の保護を推進致します。

  • 当社は、お客さまの個人情報を正確かつ最新の状態に保ち、個人情報への不正アクセス・紛失・破損・改ざん・漏洩などを防止するため、セキュリティシステムの維持・管理体制の整備・社員教育の徹底等の必要な措置を講じ、安全対策を実施し個人情報の厳重な管理を行ないます。

  • お客さまからお預かりした個人情報は、当社からのご連絡や業務のご案内やご質問に対する回答として、電子メールや資料のご送付に利用いたします

  • 当社は、お客さまよりお預かりした個人情報を適切に管理し、次のいずれかに該当する場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に開示いたしません。
    〇お客さまの同意がある場合
    〇お客さまが希望されるサービスを行なうために当社が業務を委託する業者に対して開示する場合
    〇法令に基づき開示することが必要である場合

  • 当社は、個人情報の正確性及び安全性確保のために、セキュリティに万全の対策を講じています。

  • お客さまがご本人の個人情報の照会・修正・削除などをご希望される場合には、ご本人であることを確認の上、対応させていただきます

  • 当社は、保有する個人情報に関して適用される日本の法令、その他規範を遵守するとともに、本ポリシーの内容を適宜見直し、その改善に努めます

  • Rayor Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Rayor”) specializes in the planning, building, and management of mobile content and websites, as well as providing server maintenance and operation.
    Rayor’s Privacy Policy systematically ensures the protection of personal information as described below. By thoroughly training our employees to understand and value the security of personal information, Rayor guarantees that all information provided is used in a safe and secure manner.

  • To assure the safe management of our client’s personal information, Rayor implements a strict security system and employee training regarding protection and appropriate management methods. Our employees will strive to prevent unauthorized data access, data loss, data corruption, tampering, data breach, etc. and are dedicated to managing all information accurately and in the most up-to-date format.

  • The personal information we collect from our clients are used solely for the following purposes:

    〇 To provide information about our services
    〇 To answer inquiries/questions addressed to Rayor
    〇 To send emails or mail via postal services

  • Rayor will never sell, share or otherwise distribute your personal information to third parties except for the following cases:
    〇 When customer’s consent and approval are granted
    〇 When Rayor has co-signed a company and entrusts services with in order to meet the client’s desired servicess
    〇 When disclosure is necessary to stay in compliance with the law

  • Rayor takes all possible security measures to ensure the accuracy and safety of personal information.

  • When a request for disclosure, modification, deletion, etc. of information is made by a client, we will respond rapidly once confirmation has been made that the individual is indeed the person in question.

  • To protect personal information, the sub policy may be revised in accordance to comply with the laws and regulations.
